Event Headshots Pricing

Headshots for events and high-volume shoots are priced by half-day/full-day. A half-day runs up to four consecutive hours. A full day runs from four to eight consecutive hours. There is a 45 minute break for lunch. Each headshot station can photograph approximately 20 people per hour in ideal conditions. Event headshot packages can include white-labeling service to feature sponsors and basic lead collection.

Headshot Station ($2500/$4800)

Half day (up to 4 hours) or whole day (4-8 hours) of headshot station coverage. The headshot station includes:

  • high resolution images
  • file organization
  • standard commercial usage license
  • lead list of all people photographed and their contact info

Onsite Image Choice ($500/$900)

A must for large groups. Our staff will guide every person to view their headshots instantly after they are photographed. They will help in selecting the favorite image. This is ideal for teams of employees at an event. All selected images will be provided in high resolution via digital download to the client after the event. We offer retouching as an optional add-on.

Hair/Makeup ($500/$900)

To help everyone look their best, we can offer an on-site hair and makeup station. That way, everyone has the choice of a quick touch-up before they sit for the camera.

Retouching ($28)

Depending on your needs, you may want to offer a retouched image for each person we photograph. This includes removing stray hairs, reducing facial shine, removing blemishes, and lightening dark circles under eyes. Not available with instant individual delivery.

Instant Individual Delivery ($500/$900)

Instant image delivery will really impress your event attendees. Each individual can select their favorite photos. They can email or text the images to themselves right away on-site. This choice is the best for high-volume conferences that want to offer headshots as added value for participants. Each person photographed leaves the headshot station with their images delivered directly to their mobile device. (Retouching is not a choice with instant delivery).

How Many People Can You Photograph During an Event?

20 – 30 people can be photographed per hour at each headshot station. There are a few factors that can affect the speed of this process. The headshot booth tends to get more traffic if it is located in a highly visible area. It’s not uncommon for the headshot station to be the busiest part of any conference. Offering complementary headshots at a conference is very popular. It has the same effect as an ice-cream truck handing out freebies on a hot day. It’s possible for one station to serve approximately 200 people during a full day in ideal conditions.

Will Event Headshots Need Retouching?

That depends on how the images are intended to be used. Our recommendation is to avoid adding a retouching add-on to headshot stations. This is especially true if it is just meant to add value for attendees during the event. We use lighting and posing techniques. We also offer professional hair and makeup touch-ups, which are optional. These ensure that the images look great right out of camera. To make sure everyone looks their best, add retouching if the images are for anything larger than LinkedIn or Teams.

Can Attendees Schedule Appointments or Do They Just Show Up?

We can do both. That way you can offer the best value and experience to everyone. VIPs and executives can schedule in advance. This way, they don’t need to wait in line. Other visitors can update their headshots on a first-come, first-served basis. We’ll collaborate with your team to create a combination that will provide the best experience for everyone.
